Do you have a minimum requirement for hair and makeup?
We request a minimum of 3 services per artist during wedding season. We do however take elopements, engagement shoots etc during the week and during off season.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We typically ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit. 15 days before the wedding we ask for full payment. Services cannot be changed or altered after 60 days.
What if I cancel?
Any cancellations made within 90 days prior to the wedding date, will be charged full contracted price. Trials that are rescheduled or canceled are subject to a new deposit to hold the time and date.
Do you offer package deals?
We offer packaged deals for hair and makeup. A la carte prices are also available. We pride ourselves in offering the best services in hair and beauty. You will not regret the investment.
What does hair & makeup include:
Hair includes setting (prepping) the hair, proper products to hold your hair in place, add volume, curl, texture etc. Styling of your choice, finishing sprays for long lasting wear. Any hair pieces, veils, flowers are applied to the hair.
Makeup includes prepping of the face. Ensuring proper products are used (dry, oily and/or combination skin), long lasting shadows and lip colors for long lasting results. Individual lashes or natural demi wispy lashes. (other lashes are subject to a fee)
Do you offer a trial?
Yes, we do. We can come to you for a trial at the day and time of your choosing. A trial is a great way to receive a one-on-one consultation where we discuss hair type, face type, and any concerns you may have so that it is all addressed before hand, leaving you feeling happy and stress-free.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are business licensed and insured company. Therefore, you can ensure that you’re hiring a legitimate business for your resort, venue, event, photo-shoot, commercial, ad campaign, production, etc.
What are your prices?
Prices vary depending on event. Please email and/or call to find out our pricing for your event, wedding day etc On-set prices vary by time and/or location. We offer hourly prices and full day rates.
What are your travel fees?
25miles is included from the artists location. Additional charge of .55 cents per mile for each artist is applied to your invoice. Artists are selected based on your location and hair/makeup need. Artists can be requested.
Is gratuity included?
No. Gratuity is not included in the price. However, we do include an 20% gratuity to your total invoice. Gratuity is distributed to all artists/schedulers for that day.
Can we come to you for a trial?
Yes. We currently have two locations for trials: Gardnerville and Reno, NV. We do not have a location in Southern CA at this time.
